Idaho files lawsuit against poker launch in tribal casino

The state of Idaho has filed a lawsuit to stop the Coeur d’Alene Tribe from offering poker at its land-based casino, claiming that it is in violation of the Idaho Constitution as well as the tribe’s gaming compact with the state.
