bwin.party activist investor SpringOwl says it has received the backing of independent proxy advisory firms ISS and Glass Lewis & Co. in its bid to shake up the online gaming operator's board of directors.
ISS and Glass Lewis have both recommended that their institutional shareholder clients vote for changes to the bwin.party board at the operator’s annual general meeting, due to take place on May 22nd.
