Tabcorp has finalised a new media rights deal for thoroughbred racing in the Australian state of Victoria, allowing the operator to resume coverage of the sport which was suspended in June.
The agreement gives Tabcorp’s Sky Channel subsidiary domestic, digital and international rights for Victorian thoroughbred racing. Events are already being shown on the Sky Racing1 and Sky Racing2 TV channels, and will be added to the tab.com.au site and TAB apps in due course.
