The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) has launched a month-long TV information campaign to urge the public to avoid gambling on illegal and unlicensed offshore bookmakers.
The HKJC has previously argued that the growing ability of illegal and offshore operators to solicit business online was a significant challenge to its business.
