The Netherlands gambling regulator, the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), has signed an agreement with payment institutions to formalise its strategy for blocking payments to unlicensed gambling sites.
Under the terms of the partnership, the KSA will draw up a list of unlicensed operators and the iGaming domains they manage, effectively a blacklist, which will be circulated to major payment processors.
