Victoria Court of Appeal backs Tatts in pokies compensation case

The Australian state of Victoria has been ordered to pay Tatts Group AUD$540.5m after the Victorian Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal from the state government relating to compensation for the expiry of the gaming operator’s pokies licence in 2012.
