UK-listed online payments provider SafeCharge has expanded its customer portfolio with the acquisition of Israeli payments provider CreditGuard for an initial cash consideration of US$8m.
Safecharge said that the deal marked a further milestone in the execution of its strategic plan aimed at entering new and rapidly growing markets and sectors.
Established in 1998, CreditGuard is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider, offering payment solutions and white-label technologies.
