The Iipay Nation of Sanata Ysabel has said that it will continue to fight for the right to operate its online bingo site DesertRoseBingo.com after the state’s request for a temporary restraining order to suspend the offering was granted late last week.
Judge Anthony Battaglia of the US District Court of the Southern District of California granted the appeal by state Attorney General Kamala Harris to temporarily prevent the tribe from offering online bingo.
