Toronto-listed gaming supplier NYX Gaming Group is set to exercise its option to acquire Amaya’s B2B online casino assets, formerly known as CryptoLogic and Chartwell Technology.
Sources close to the matter have confirmed to Gaming Intelligence that the deal is all but completed, as Amaya looks to divest its B2B assets to transition to a B2C business following it's acquisition of PokerStars and Full Tilt operator Rational Group.
