Olso-listed gaming operator Nio Inc has entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), operator of the Guts.com iGaming brand.
The deal sees Nio also acquire a number of GiG subsidiaries including platform provider iGamingCloud.com, marketing division Innovation Labs, and Rizk.com operator Zecure Gaming.
Nio said that the combined entity will aim to become "the most customer oriented, partner friendly and innovative company in the iGaming industry" and will follow an end-to-end strategy [...]
