The UK’s Takeover Appeal Board has dismissed an appeal by Irish billionaire and Ladbrokes shareholder Dermot Desmond, who had requested that the bookmaker reveal additional information relating to its amended agreements with Playtech following the announcement of its proposed merger with Gala Coral.
The amendments related to Ladbrokes’ existing marketing services and software licence agreements with Playtech, agreed in March 2013.
