Denmark’s regulated online gaming market has generated gross gaming revenue (GGR) of DKK2,855m (€383.1m) for the full 2014 year, a 20 per cent increase compared to the previous year.
According to figures released by the Danish gambling regulator Spillemyndigheden, full year GGR rose primarily as a result of a strong performance from sports betting, which benefited from last summer’s FIFA World Cup,
