Pennsylvania lawmakers have passed a resolution urging the United States Congress to oppose the Sheldon Adelson-backed bill to institute a federal ban on online gambling.
House Resolution 140, introduced by Gaming Oversight Committee chair John Payne, calls on Congress to defeat HR 707, the Bill to Restore America’s Wire Act (RAWA), and any other legislation that would prohibit states from authorising and conducting internet gaming.
