California-based mobile lottery business XcelMobility has entered into a strategic partnership with China Mobile Group Fujian Company, a subsidiary of the state-owned telecommunications business China Mobile.
The agreement will allow XcelMobility to expand the reach and ease with which payments can be made for its mobile lottery products, which it offers on behalf of provincial sports lottery administration centers.
