French media group TF1 has acquired the remaining 50% equity in online gaming business SPS from investment fund Serendipity, taking over full control of the EurosportBET.com operator. Wednesday's acquisition comes a day after TF1 entered into a three year partnership with lotteries and sports betting provider Francaise des Jeux.
