The Lithuanian government has notified the European Commission (EC) of its proposed new gambling legislation, which once again seeks to force online gaming operators to open land-based gaming venues in order to secure a licence.
The proposed legislation is similar to the widely criticised draft proposal that was notified to the EC in February 2014.
