Online gaming and betting operator William Hill has been warned by the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) to ensure that significant conditions that affect customers’ participation in promotional offers are clearly stated in its ads.
A promotion on Williamhill.com in June stated: "BET £10 GET £20 FREE CREDITED AS 2 X £10 BETS PROMO CODE: F20 EU REFERENDUM BETTING NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY *Wagering and Terms Apply."
