Private equity investment group Waterland has entered into an agreement to acquire Dutch land-based gaming operator Krijco Amusement BV.
The deal, for an undisclosed amount, will see Waterland strengthen its position in the Dutch gaming market, where it already owns a majority stake in the country’s leading private operator JVH gaming.
