New York-listed gaming giant International Game Technology has signed a cross-licensing deal to allow Everi Holdings to use certain mechanics within its games.
The agreement will allow Everi to offer casinos games that include any of IGT's patented game features, in return for a licensing fee.
The deal comes after IGT signed similar cross-licensing deals with NetEnt and Gamesys last year, followed by an agreement with Australia’s Aristocrat Technologies earlier this month.
