ECJ Opinion Casts Doubt on Austrian Gaming Law

The European Court of Justice has today published two Advocate General's Opinions in cases concerning Sweden and Austria's gaming markets, with Sweden coming out relatively unscathed while Austria's gaming law was found to raise doubts about compatibility with European law.
