A draft amendment to Poland’s online gaming laws that will allow foreign operators to enter the market is one step away from being passed into law after it was approved by the Senate, the upper chamber of the country’s Parliament.
The bill now passes to the Polish President, and once it is signed and published, will come into force 14 days after publication. It was approved by the lower chamber of the parliament, the Sejm, last month.
