Texas-based gaming developer Shoutz has expanded into the Caribbean gaming market with the launch of a new online gaming platform in the Dominican Republic, in partnership with state-owned lottery operator Lotería Nacional.
The company said that Royal Fortunes is the only platform certified by the government’s Minister of Finance for online sales of lottery products and other games of chance. It includes lottery games provided by the government sponsored Lotería Nacional.
