London-listed financial spread betting and CFD provider IG Group has reported a 24 per cent increase in revenue to £106.0m for its first quarter ended August 31st, with all core markets reporting year-on-year growth.
IG Group said that in what is traditionally a relatively quiet period for the business, the financial markets presented a range of trading opportunities for clients, in particular the Greek eurozone membership debate and the current state of the Chinese economy.
