Australian gaming giant Tabcorp confirmed Tuesday that it has been working alongside the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) as it files its defence against multiple failures to comply with the country’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws.
The company filed its response this morning to the civil proceedings brought by AUSTRAC in July this year, meeting the deadline by which it was required to submit its defence in the case.
