Toronto-listed social casino operator Imperus Technologies has completed the acquisition of Latin America-focused studio Akamon Entertainment for a $23.9m fee.
The purchase was finalised on November 16th, with Akamon becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Imperus and its management team remaining with the business.
