A Pennsylvania Representative has introduced a new bill that urges the US Congress to end the federal prohibition on sports betting and allow states that have already regulated casino gambling to legalise betting through licensed facilities.
The proposal comes just days after Representative John Payne confirmed that his bill to legalise online gambling in the state, HB649, will not go before a full House of Representatives vote before the end of this year.
