The Brazilian government looks to be pushing through legislation which would liberalise the country’s gambling market, after lawmakers fast-tracked a recently introduced bill for approval in the House of Representatives.
The Brazilian Senate Commission for Regional Development and Tourism ratified the text of Bill 186/2014, approved by the commission last week, granting the legislation “conclusive deliberation” status.
