London-listed operator NetPlay TV confirmed Monday that it has withdrawn from talks to acquire The Football Pools business from Sportech.
It becomes the second company to terminate talks with Sportech in recent months, after Toronto-listed Contagious Gaming pulled out of a deal to purchase the operator.
