Wisconsin has become the latest state to push forward with legislation to legalise daily fantasy sports (DFS), with legislation introduced to classify it as a game of skill rather than a game of chance.
Introduced by Republican Representative Tyler Vorpagel, Assembly Bill 800 would require fantasy sports operators to register with the Department of Financial Institutions (DFI), and imposes certain requirements on these operators.
