Gibraltar-based bookmaker BetVictor has extended its title sponsorship of the World Matchplay darts tournament following a new three-year agreement with the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC).
The 2016 BetVictor World Matchplay will be the 23rd staging of the event, which takes place between July 16th – 24th at Blackpool's Winter Gardens.
This year's tournament will be the first to be played under a new three-year contract with BetVictor, which has been title sponsor of the event since 2013.
