Finland's Constitutional Committee has said that Åland's Paf can continue to provide online gaming services, including via a Finnish language website, as long as it does not conduct any marketing activities in Finland.
In January 2009 Finland's Prosecutor General stated that Paf's activities were in breach of Finland's Lottery Law and that the online gaming operator could be forced to block Finnish citizens from accessing its products on the internet.
