The iGaming division of Denmark’s former state monopoly operator Danske Licens Spil has professed its surprise that one of its long-running slogans has been ruled misleading, but agreed to stop using the tagline in marketing its services to consumers.
Denmark’s Consumer Ombudsman (Forbrugerombudsmanden) has concluded an investigation into the slogan “Til glæde og til gavn,” which literally translates as “for the joy and benefit,” ruling that it misleads consumers.
