Amaya has announced its intention to appoint David Lazzarato to its board after Paul McFeeters, a proposed nominee for election, announced that he will be unable to serve as a director of the company.
McFeeters, who has been proposed as a director at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting, confirmed that for “personal reasons unrelated to Amaya” he will not be able to serve on its board.
