Court proceedings against US casino operator Caesars Entertainment Corporation have been temporarily halted by a US Bankruptcy Judge, while the unit seeks to finish its reorganisation.
Judge Benjamin Goldgar granted a request by the company’s operating unit, Caesars Entertainment Operating Corp (CEOC), to suspend cases in two US states until its reorganisation is complete.
The Judge urged the parties involved in the bankruptcy of CEOC to settle before an injunction expires in August.
