Financial spread betting and CFD provider IG Group has appointed Paul Mainwaring as chief financial officer designate.
Mainwaring will take up the position on July 11th to replace Mark Ward who will leave the company after a short handover.
Once regulatory approval is received, Mainwaring will take up the role on a permanent basis and join IG's board of directors.
