Australia’s Tabcorp Holdings has agreed a deal to acquire Sydney-listed gaming systems provider INTECQ, formerly known as eBet Limited, as it looks to strengthen its B2B gaming division.
The companies have entered into a binding share implementation agreement, through which Tabcorp will acquire all INTECQ shares for approximately AUD$128m.
INTECQ is a gaming systems supplier based in Sydney, providing land-based gaming technology solutions, gaming management systems and licensed monitoring operator services to venues and other gaming businesses.
