London-listed operator Stride Gaming has completed a trio of acquisitions that will make it the UK’s fourth-largest online bingo operator.
The completed acquisitions, first announced in July, double Stride’s share of the UK bingo market from 5 to 10 per cent, taking its total number of brands to 105.
The operator has paid £70.2m for bingo operator 8Ball Games, bingo assets owned by holding company Tarco, and online marketing business Netboost Media.
