Swedish gaming operator Cherry plans to exercise its option to acquire an additional 7.5 per cent shareholding in Malta-based Almor Holding, operator of the German-facing Sunmaker and Kingplayer betting and gaming brands.
Cherry currently holds an 82.5 per cent stake in the business, which it has built up since its first acquisition of a 71 per cent stake in 2015.
