Cypriot gambling regulator the National Betting Authority has launched a consultation on advertising regulations for operators.
The Authority is exercising its powers under Article 11(I) of the 2012 Betting Law to launch the consultation on the existing Code of Practice for Advertising.
It aims to ensure the Code provides "a regulatory framework apt in safeguarding good advertising practices in relation with the provision of betting services."
