Casino operator Boyd Gaming has agreed a partnership with Paddy Power Betfair subsidiary FanDuel to pursue online gaming and sports betting opportunities in the United States.
Boyd Gaming will acquire a four per cent stake in FanDuel as part of the agreement with an option to acquire a further one per cent, and will leverage FanDuel's technology and related services to operate Boyd Gaming-branded mobile and online sports betting and gaming where permissible.
