Two Pennsylvania casino operators have been fined a total of $160,000 by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) for a number of violations of state gambling laws.
The PGCB has issued an $80,000 fine to Washington Trotting Association, operator of the Meadows Casino in Washington County, for allowing unauthorised employees to issue over $830,000 worth of complimentary services between 2009 and 2017.
