Austrian gaming supplier and operator Novomatic Group has reported a 12.6 per cent increase in revenue to €1,365.3m for the first half of 2018, with strong growth in machine sales offsetting a decline in social gaming and online B2B revenue.
Novomatic's acquisition of Ainsworth Game Technology contributed to a 96.2 per cent year-on-year improvement in gaming machines sales revenue, although tightening German arcade regulations resulted in a 6 per cent decline in leased gaming machines.
