UK racecourse operator Arena Racing Company (ARC) is set to acquire two greyhound stadiums from William Hill after a previous deal between the bookmaker and SIS fell through.
ARC will take over the operational management of the Newcastle and Sunderland Greyhound Stadiums and its 160 employees across the two sites.
The stadiums host 520 greyhound racing fixtures a year, of which 384 are part of the Bookmakers Afternoon Greyhound Service (BAGS) schedule.
