The Illinois Senate has passed a wide-ranging iGaming bill that would legalise online poker, casino and daily fantasy sports (DFS) in the state.
Senator Kwame Raoul’s HB 479, which originally only covered DFS before being expanded to include regulations for real-money online gaming, passed the Senate with 42 votes in favour and 10 against, with one abstention.
