Stockholm-listed performance marketing and lead generation specialist Catena Media has broadened its German presence with the acquisition of Delilah Holdings' affiliate assets.
Continuing its recent M&A spree in the iGaming affiliate sector, the company has acquired Delilah's MrGamez.net and Spielekiste.de affiliate sites for an initial €4.2m.
Launched in 2011, the sites are both focused on German-language casino sites, providing the latest and best offers to casino players, particularly in Germany and Switzerland.
