Toronto-listed lottery messenger service LottoGopher Holdings has appointed American entrepreneur and business executive Kevin Harrington to the company's board of directors.
Harrington is the founder of As Seen on TV and was one of the original panel members and investors on the ABC TV series Shark Tank from its inception in 2009.
