Stockholm-listed performance marketing specialist Catena Media has made its fifth acquisition of the year with a £13.9m deal for sports betting affiliate BettingPro.com.
Catena Media will pay £11.9m upon completion of the transaction at the end of this month. A further £2.0m will be paid six months later conditional upon a successful handover of the assets
