West Virginia’s interactive wagering bill passed the House judiciary committee Tuesday with an amendment to increase the tax rate.
The West Virginia Lottery Interactive Wagering Act was first introduced on February 8th, authorising the state lottery to offer interactive gaming through the state’s racetracks and casino.
