Leading online betting operator bet365 has recorded a maiden annual profit from its Australian business following a 5 per cent increase in revenue for the financial year ended March 26th.
bet365 Australia said the results were in line with expectations and a significant improvement on the previous year’s performance, with revenue from sports betting activities surpassing AUD$100m for the first time and amounts wagered climbing to over $2.52bn.
