Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval has confirmed that AG Burnett will be stepping down as chairman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) later this month.
Burnett will leave his role on December 22nd, bringing to an end five years leading the NGCB. He will move into private practice with Nevada-based law firm McDonald Carano.
